Whether you're experienced or looking to take the next step in your security career, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive team with genuine development opportunities.You'll help create a safe and welcoming environment for customers, colleagues and visitors, while playing an important role in protecting people, property and assets.As part of a leading international security provider, you'll receive ongoing training, support and development from day one, helping you build a rewarding long-term career.Pay and Shift Details- £12.71 - £16.20 per hour (site-based rates may vary)- Various shifts available- Various hours availableWhat You'll Be Doing- Providing a visible security presence on site- Helping keep customers, colleagues and visitors safe- Supporting loss prevention and reducing incidents- Monitoring and reporting incidents using digital systems- Responding calmly and professionally to any issues- Following site procedures, including fire and evacuation processes- Keeping the security area clean and organised- Delivering a friendly, professional service every shift- Carrying out searches in line with site requirementsWhat We're Looking ForYou'll fit right in if you:- Are aged 18 or over- Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence- Enjoy working with people and building trust- Communicate clearly and confidently- Stay calm under pressure- Take pride in doing your job properly- Are reliable and willing to learn- Feel comfortable using digital systems and mobile devices- Work well as part of a teamWhether you're bringing experience or developing your career in security, we'll support you with training, guidance and ongoing development.
