Customer Account Executive

As a Customer Account Executive , you will be a key point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for communicating positively with trade customers regarding their requirements and promoting the company's contribution to the industry.Key Responsibilities:* Proactively contacting and supporting tyre retailers across the region.* Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding pricing, client lists, and company finances.* Working in harmony as part of a dedicated team .* Ensuring high standards of professional service at all times .* Process sales orders to the order system efficiently and correctly for the customer.* Managing key accounts , involving outbound and inbound calls daily , building a rapport with your account customers.Candidate Requirements:* Punctuality: Regular and punctual attendance is essential.* Professionalism: You must be able to give your best in a fast-paced environment.* Communication: Strong verbal skills; please note that all telephone calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes .* Integrity: Compliance with company policies, including our strict data protection obligations.* Good IT Skills* Previous Account Management.* Working Hours :Monday to Friday with some Saturdays as and when needed.Benefits :Pension SchemeEmployee DiscountOn Site ParkingWork Location in person.About UsTaf Fechan Tyres Ltd was established in 2017 as a wholesale supplier of motor vehicle tyres and associated products .We serve tyre retailers throughout South and West Wales .
