Project ManagerKidderminsterPermanentUp to £CompetitiveMonday Friday onsite (37.5 hours)This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing specialist business operating within the construction and building services sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a range of residential and commercial projects.Working closely with clients, contractors, engineers and internal teams, you will take ownership of projects from design handover through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. This role would suit a proactive and organised Project Manager with experience gained within construction, building services, M&E, HVAC or a related industry.The Project Manager will be responsible for:Taking full ownership of assigned projects through to successful completionReviewing project documentation and technical information following the design handover stageSupporting project planning activities, including programme management, resource allocation and schedulingLiaising with clients, contractors, consultants and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleManaging site activities and ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards and health & safety requirementsCoordinating installation and commissioning activities based across UK sitesMonitoring project progress and implementing corrective actions where required to maintain delivery deadlinesIdentifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategiesManaging subcontractors and site-based teamsBuilding and maintaining positive customer relationshipsOverseeing procurement requirements and ensuring materials and resources are available when requiredManaging project budgets, forecasting costs and maintaining commercial awareness throughout the project lifecycleWe are looking for someone who has experience in:Proven Project Management experience within construction, building services, M&E, HVAC or a similar technical environmentSite-based construction experience and a strong understanding of project delivery processesExperience managing project budgets, forecasts, programmes and resourcesThe ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsExperience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teamsKnowledge of health and safety requirements within a construction environmentStrong stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising with clients, contractors and consultantsExcellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilitiesA full UK Driving LicenceThe application process:Our mission is to support our clients in their creation of an equal, diverse and inclusive workforce.
