Youll be:Managing and developing a team of Registered Building InspectorsContributing to the leadership and strategic direction of the Building Control functionEnsuring consistent, high-quality Building Control and consultancy servicesOverseeing operational performance, workload allocation and team developmentActing as the Registered Building Inspector for your own portfolio of commercial clientsBuilding strong relationships with clients, partners and industry stakeholdersSupporting ongoing growth and development across the Building Control teamIf you enjoy a mix of hands-on technical work and shaping how a service grows, youll feel right at home.Office presence is encouraged because the team genuinely thrives on being collaborative and supportive. So youll need to commit to two days a week in the central London office, and the rest of the week can be done from home.
