As a Freezer Warehouse Operative, youll be part of a specialist team working in a high-performing freezer environment at temperatures as low as -25C.Your safety and comfort come first, and we provide full thermal protective gear to keep you warm throughout your shift.If you enjoy an active role, like working in a close-knit team, and dont mind a cooler climate, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a vital part of our operation and really make an impact.What Were Looking ForNo Warehouse experience needed just bring a positive attitude.You must be 18 or over .You must be able to handle Meat and AlcoholYou must be within reasonable commute time from the site using your method of transport.For your safety and the safety of others, you must be able to understand and follow Health & Safety briefings and operational instructionsAvailable Day Roles (You will work 4 shifts in every 7-day period. Shifts are spread across the full week, including weekends)Day Shift: 5:00 AM 3:00 PM (4 days on, 3 days off)Night Shift: 7:00 PM 5:00 AM (4 nights on, 3 nights off)What Youll Get:Hourly pay: £13.64 per hour (including freezer premium)Night Shift Premium: +£3.34 per hour (11:45 PM to 5:45 AM)Overtime Pay: 1.25x basic rateCore Roster: Know your work schedule 13 weeks in advance, helping you plan life outside of workAdditional earning potential is available through our target- based incentive scheme, with higher performers receiving additional hourly premiumsHow to applyComplete our short online application (no CV required) and our recruitment team will be in touch.
