Pest Control Technician

The role offers a varied working day, visiting different sites across the West Midlands, carrying out treatments, and building strong relationships with customers.What we need from you:RSPH Level 2 (or equivalent) in Pest Management is essentialAt least 1 years experience working as a Pest Control TechnicianA full, clean UK driving licenceGood written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and the ability to work independentlyA professional and customer-focused approachA proactive, can-do attitudeThe successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced DBS checkWhat the role involves:You will be working across a variety of sites throughout the West Midlands, delivering high-quality pest control services to both commercial and residential customers. This is a field-based role where no two days are the same, requiring a high level of independence and responsibility. Duties include:Inspecting customer premises and assessing pest activityCarrying out pest control treatments in line with company standardsUndertaking minor proofing works to prevent pest issuesProducing clear and accurate reports following site visitsManaging your own schedule across multiple sitesIdentifying opportunities to upsell additional services where appropriateSalary: £26,000 £30,000 per year (depending on experience), plus uncapped commission.Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm.
