Handyperson

We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team on an exciting project at RM Condor, Arbroath. This role will involve carrying out a variety of general maintenance and site tasks to support the removal and installation of ski slopes as part of an ongoing programme of works.

This is an excellent opportunity for a practical, multi-skilled individual who enjoys varied work and takes pride in delivering high-quality results within a busy construction environment.

• Carrying out a range of general handyman and maintenance duties across the site.
\n
• Assisting with the removal of existing ski slope structures.
\n
• Supporting the installation of new ski slope systems.
\n
• Completing minor repairs, adjustments, and finishing tasks as required.
\n
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
\n
• Assisting the wider site team to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard.
\n
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
\n
• Following all site health and safety procedures at all times.
\n

• Monday to Friday: 07:30 17:00
\n
• Weekend work available
\n
• Weekend rate paid at Time +
\n

\n
• Previous experience in a Handyman or general maintenance role within the construction industry.
\n
• Competent in using a variety of hand and power tools.
\n
• Ability to carry out a range of practical maintenance and repair tasks.
\n
• A strong work ethic with a reliable and positive attitude.
\n
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
\n
• CSCS Card is advantageous but not essential.
\n
• Previous MOD/Base Security Clearance is beneficial but not essential.
\n
