Job Title: IPC Cost Engineer (Project Controls)

Contract | On-site | 37.5 hrs/week | Long-term (until 31 Dec 2026)

We're recruiting an IPC Cost Engineer to support cost control and forecasting on one of the UK's largest infrastructure programmes - Hinkley Point C. You'll join the Integrated Project Controls team and help deliver accurate reporting, insight, and data quality to support key project decisions.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain and update cost & forecast data (aligned to CBS/WBS)
\n
• Produce regular cost/forecast reports with clear commentary on drivers and performance
\n
• Support trend, change, and performance analysis (risks/opportunities)
\n
• Work closely with Cost Engineering leads and wider project teams to ensure consistent, high-quality data
\n

What we're looking for

\n
• Experience in a project controls / cost / forecasting environment
\n
• Strong Excel/data skills and a high attention to detail
\n
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills
\n
• HND (or equivalent) in Project Controls/Project Management/Engineering (or similar)
\n

Tools (ideal)

EcoSys, SAP, Power BI, MS Office (or similar equivalents)
