Eden Brown are seeking a highly experienced Housing Officer on a 2-3 month temporary assignment in Manchester As the Housing Officer your working conditions will be hybrid with a mixture of working from home, out on patch and in the office. 2-3 days in the office/on patch The role as Housing Officer primarily involves: - Completing Tenancy visits - Collating info and data and adding to the system/reporting back to the team - Carrying out property inspections checking for any issues across the patch - Reporting any issues back to the team offering advice where necessary Interested candidates must want to go out and carry out visits and be ready to put the safety of the customer first!
