SEN Learning Support Assistant

SEN Learning Support Assistant - Basingstoke Prospero Teaching is recruiting a caring and committed SEN Learning Support Assistant to support pupils in the Basingstoke area. This role involves working with children and young people who have a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, communication needs, and social, emotional or behavioural challenges. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide personalised support that enables pupils to access learning, develop confidence, and make progress in a supportive educational environment. Support may be provided on a 1:1 basis or through small‑group interventions, depending on individual needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
