Founding AI Engineer - Applied AI/Computer Vision - London/Hybrid

We're looking for a Founding AI Engineer to join an exciting pre-seed video/computer vision start-up building cutting-edge agentic workflows and AI-powered video tools used in large-scale media environments. With multiple deals signed, now is a terrific time to join.

\n This is a rare opportunity to become the first dedicated AI hire in a fast-moving revenue generating startup already running frontier AI models in production. You'll work directly with the founders, own AI engineering end-to-end, and have a major impact across product quality, infrastructure efficiency and technical direction.

We're looking for a high calibre AI Engineer that will be a key hire where you'll make a significant contribution to the product, with high autonomy and working on the next generation of product.

What we're looking for:

  5+ years' experience within Applied AI/ML/MLOps

\n
• \n

  Strong Python and production AI systems experience

\n
• \n

  Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering or agentic workflows

\n
• \n

  Exposure to AI infrastructure, deployment, evals or optimisation

\n
• \n

  Startup mindset with a hands-on, product-focused approach

\n
• \n

  Computer vision/video/VFX/rendering/graphics experience beneficial
