Oracle Fusion F2D and S2F Senior Functional Consultant

Role Description:

Lead end-to-end Store to Fulfill (S2F) process design covering store-based order fulfillment, store inventory visibility, pick-pack-ship processes, and fulfillment exception handling

Conduct detailed fit-gap analysis between business requirements and Oracle Fusion capabilities, aligning the design with retail transformation objectives

Prepare and own Functional Design Documents (FDDs), future-state process maps, and solution blueprints for store fulfillment processes

Drive business process re-engineering workshops to define standardized store fulfillment models across locations, channels, and operating units

Define the store fulfillment operating model including fulfillment ownership, process governance, control points, service level expectations, and exception management

Configure and define foundational setups related to inventory organizations, fulfillment locations, sourcing rules, shipping methods, order orchestration considerations, and store fulfillment parameters

Collaborate with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory, Order Management, Logistics, Finance, and Digital teams to ensure end-to-end alignment of the fulfillment life cycle

Define and support integration requirements across Oracle Fusion, eCommerce platforms, POS systems, WMS, logistics/carrier platforms, and Middleware such as OIC

Plan and validate data migration and data readiness strategy, including store master, item inventory data, fulfillment locations, shipping attributes, sourcing rules, and related reference data

Support governance and transformation planning by identifying dependencies, assumptions, risks, and key design decisions related to store-led fulfillment processes

Essential Skills:

12+ years of experience in Oracle SCM/Order Management/Inventory functional consulting

Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Order Management, Inventory, and fulfillment-related process design/configuration

Deep understanding of store fulfillment models, including ship-from-store, click-and-collect, store replenishment, and omnichannel fulfillment concepts

Proven experience in retail or supply chain transformation programs involving process standardization and future-state operating model design

Strong knowledge of inventory visibility, sourcing, fulfillment orchestration, shipping processes, order exceptions, and service level controls

Expertise in fit-gap analysis, process blueprinting, and FDD preparation Hands-on experience in defining inventory and fulfillment foundational setups, organizational structures, and process control frameworks

Familiarity with integration design concepts involving Oracle Fusion, POS, WMS, eCommerce platforms, carrier systems, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Exposure to data migration planning, reference/master data alignment, and store/location readiness for fulfillment enablement

Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, analytical thinking, and transformation mindset
