3rd line / escalations engineer - MSP

Fortis recruitment are working with an MSP in the Amersham area to recruit a 3rd line / escalations engineer to become part of their helpdesk to support multiple clients. All the clients have different technologies that need supporting so have a wide variety of experience is essential.

What we are looking for

\n
• 5 years in a 3rd line role within an MSP
\n
• Strong Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory and Windows server skills
\n
• Great customer service
\n
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
\n

This is a Monday – Friday position and will be 100% office based other than an occasional visit to client sites. You will be working within a close-knit team and mentoring the more junior engineers.
