We're looking for a Tenancy Enforcement Co-Ordinator (12-Month Fixed Term Contract) to join our Tenancy Enforcement Team, supporting a vital service that helps customers maintain successful tenancies and promotes positive outcomes across our neighbourhoods.
\nThis is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dedicated and supportive team at the heart of Raven's Customer Experience Directorate. As a 12-month FTC, you'll play an important role in supporting tenancy sustainment, working closely with colleagues, customers, and partner agencies to help deliver a responsive and customer-focused service.
\nThe role offers a unique blend of customer interaction, administration, coordination, and partnership working. You'll gain exposure to a wide variety of housing-related matters while working alongside experienced professionals who are committed to supporting customers and strengthening communities.
\n What you'll be doing\n\nIn this role, you'll provide vital support to the Tenancy Enforcement Team, helping to ensure customers receive a high-quality service while supporting the smooth running of tenancy enforcement activities. You will:

- Work as part of a collaborative team focused on supporting customers and sustaining successful tenancies \n
- Coordinate a variety of activities that help keep services running efficiently and effectively \n
- Engage with customers and colleagues to provide a professional and responsive service \n
- Support the management and organisation of information, records, and case-related documentation \n
- Liaise with a range of internal teams and external partners to help achieve positive customer outcomes \n
- Contribute to the delivery of a customer-centred service that promotes safe and sustainable communities \n
- Help ensure information is managed accurately and efficiently through a range of digital systems and processes \n
