- Working as a Production Operative within a busy factory environment
\n - Carrying out assembly and manufacturing tasks to company specifications
\n - Using hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment safely and effectively
\n - Operating production machinery and equipment
\n - Completing repetitive production and assembly work with a high level of accuracy
\n - Following manufacturing instructions and production schedules
\n

- Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operating role is advantageous
\n - Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the working day
\n - Good manual dexterity and practical skills
\n - Ability to use hand tools and basic workshop equipment
\n - Strong attention to detail and quality standards
\n - Reliable, punctual, and hardworking approach
\n - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n - Experience in manufacturing, engineering, assembly, or production environments is desirable but not essential
