This well established local authority has an excellent reputation in the North West. They would ideally like someone who could attend the office once a month for planning committee. \n

\nThe successful Planning Lawyer will take on a varied planning law caseload, including, but not limited to:\n
\n

• Section 106 agreements
  
\n
• Planning enforcements
  
\n
• General planning law advice
  
\n
\nIdeally full time but will consider part-time candidates. \n
