A leading Legal 100 firm in Bristol is continuing to expand its highly successful corporate practice and is looking to appoint an ambitious Managing Associate. This is a newly created position offering a genuine pathway to Partnership for the right individual.

The Role

\n
• Advising on a wide range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, investment rounds, restructurings and exits
\n
• Acting for a varied client base including owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurial SMEs and larger corporates
\n
• Playing an active role in business development
\n
• Supporting and leading junior team members on complex matters
\n

About You

\n
• Qualified corporate solicitor with strong transactional experience
\n
• Confident managing matters independently and leading deal teams
\n
• Commercially astute with a proactive, client-focused approach
\n
• Interested in building long-term client relationships and developing a practice area
\n
