Interim Senior Legal Counsel

Opportunity to join a deep tech innovation organisation on an interim basis as a Senior Legal Counsel.

In this role you will join a busy legal team and will provide proactive and practical legal support. You will draft, review, advise and negotiate on a wide range of commercial agreements, including product launches, bids and teaming agreements, as well as collaborative research projects and grant funded programmes.

To be considered you will be a legally qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with significant experience of leading negotiations on complex commercial agreements and projects. Experience of contract, commercial, intellectual property, IT, data Protection, AI is highly desirable, as is experience of defence/MOD contracts.

This is an initial 10-week contract with the possibility of extension. You should expect to receive a day rate of £380.77 + £61.19 holiday pay per day (PAYE) or £441.96 per day (Umbrella). This role can be offered on a remote basis or hybrid working (London).
