Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Glasgow to hire an experienced Bookkeeper on a permanent contract.

The right candidate will ideally have worked in a small retail or hospitality business and be used to a hands on working environment and be happy to be flexible to the nature of their day to day duties.

Duties:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
\n
• Managing AP / supplier payments
\n
• Payroll (weekly and monthly)
\n
• Oversee AR (including invoicing and Credit Control)
\n
• Monthly journals and month - end processes
\n
• Bank reconciliations
\n
• Assisting with quarterly VAT preparation
\n
• Preparing bimonthly payment run reports
\n
• Supporting the annual preparation of budgets, financial forecasts and the audit process.
\n
