The Role

\n

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll lead and support a portfolio of stores, coaching Store Managers to achieve sales growth, strong operational standards and excellent customer service.

\n

Key responsibilities include:

  • \n

    Leading multiple stores to deliver sales and profit targets

    • \n
  • \n

    Coaching and developing Store Managers and their teams

    • \n
  • \n

    Driving KPI performance and commercial results

    • \n
  • \n

    Identifying opportunities to improve store performance

    • \n
  • \n

    Supporting recruitment, training and succession planning

    • \n
  • \n

    Maintaining excellent operational and brand standards

    • \n
\n

About You

\n

You'll have experience managing multiple sites within retail, fashion, food retail, hospitality or another customer-focused environment.

\n

You'll bring:

  • \n

    Proven experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager or Multi-Site Manager

    • \n
  • \n

    A strong commercial mindset with experience driving sales performance

    • \n
  • \n

    The ability to coach, develop and motivate Store Managers

    • \n
  • \n

    Excellent communication and organisational skills

    • \n
  • \n

    A hands-on approach with a passion for customer service

    • \n
  • \n

    A full UK driving licence

    • \n
