Student Experience Advisor Central Bath £14.00 per hour Full Time 37.5 hrs and Part Time Available 15 hrs| Rotating Shifts 5 days on 2 days off including weekends Shifts include 7am- 3pm or 2pm -10pm Immediate Start | Commitment Until SeptemberWe are currently recruiting for a Student Experience Advisor's to join a busyand vibrant student accommodation team based in Central Bath. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast paced, people focused environment.Shift PatternFull-time hourRotating 2:00pm – 10:00pm / 7:00am – 3:00pm5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basisKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Student Experience Advisor, you will play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and positive living environment for students.Duties will include:\n

• Managing and distributing parcels and deliveries
\n
• Carrying out regular building patrols
\n
• Responding appropriately to fire alarms and safety procedures
\n
• Meeting and greeting students, visitors, and contractors
\n
• Handling student enquiries professionally and efficiently
\n
• Providing excellent front of house customer service
\n
• Supporting the onsite team with day to day operationsWhat We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service experience
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable with strong timekeeping
\n
• Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude

• Ability to remain calm under pressure
