Purchase Ledger Clerk

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy finance team in Wrexham - Immediate Start.

Hybrid schedule after a 1 / 2 week training period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
\n
• Matching, batching and coding invoices
\n
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
\n
• Preparing payment runs
\n
• Liaising with suppliers and internal departments regarding invoice queries
\n
• Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the wider finance team
\n

Requirements

· Previous purchase ledger / accounts payable experience

· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

· Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· SAP experience would be an advantage
