An established and highly regarded Gloucestershire law firm is looking to expand its Commercial Property team with the appointment of an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. With several offices across the County and a strong reputation for client service, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and growing team.

This role would suit a lawyer with around 3 years' PQE or above who enjoys handling a varied commercial property caseload and is looking to develop their career within a supportive, forward-thinking firm.

The Role You will advise a diverse client base on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises and businesses
\n
• Landlord and tenant work, including leases, renewals, assignments and licences
\n
• Day-to-day commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
\n
