The role

As a Commercial Property Senior Solicitor, you'll manage a varied caseload and play a key role in client relationships and transaction management.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on acquisitions and disposals
\n
• Handling commercial leasing transactions
\n
• Supporting development and regeneration projects
\n
• Advising on planning and property-related agreements
\n
• Working closely with colleagues across corporate, banking and construction teams
\n
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
\n
• Delivering practical and commercially focused legal advice

About you

This role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor who:

• Has 7+ years' PQE in commercial real estate
\n
• Is confident managing a broad range of property transactions
\n
• Enjoys working directly with clients and developing relationships
\n
• Demonstrates excellent drafting and negotiation skills
\n
• Takes a commercial and pragmatic approach to legal matters

• Is keen to continue developing their expertise within a collaborative environment
