Are you an energetic fashion retail leader who knows how to drive sales while keeping the customer experience at the centre of everything? We're recruiting a Supervisor for an established international fashion brand in Central London. You'll support the management team, lead from the shop floor and help create a positive, commercially successful store environment. Your responsibilities:

  Lead, support and motivate the team throughout the trading day

  Drive sales, conversion and store performance

\n
• \n

  Deliver and maintain an outstanding customer experience

• \n

  Coach the team on service, product knowledge and selling techniques

\n
• \n

  Support daily operations, opening and closing procedures

\n
• \n

  Monitor KPIs and confidently respond to trading opportunities

\n
• \n

  Maintain strong visual merchandising and operational standards

\n
• \n

  Take responsibility for the store in the absence of management

\n

What we're looking for:

  Previous Supervisor or senior-level fashion retail experience

\n
• \n

  A proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs

\n
• \n

  Confident leadership and team-coaching skills

\n
• \n

  A hands-on, positive and commercially aware approach

\n

  A genuine passion for fashion and customer service
