A leading Top 10 accountancy and advisory firm is looking to appoint a US/UK Tax Senior Associate into its growing specialist team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced Managers and Partners, supporting a diverse portfolio of internationally mobile individuals, entrepreneurs, executives and cross-border families.

You'll gain broad exposure across both US and UK personal taxation, while benefiting from structured training, strong Partner accessibility and clear long-term progression opportunities.

The Opportunity\n

As a US/UK Tax Senior Associate, you'll work closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality compliance and support advisory projects for a range of international clients.

The role offers exposure to complex cross-border tax issues including foreign tax credits, double taxation relief, international mobility and US/UK reporting obligations.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Preparing and reviewing US and UK personal tax returns
  • \n
  • Managing compliance engagements for internationally mobile clients
  • \n
  • Assisting with cross-border advisory projects
  • \n
  • Analysing foreign tax credit positions and double taxation issues
  • \n
  • Identifying US and UK tax filing requirements
  • \n
  • Liaising directly with clients and responding to technical queries
  • \n
  • Working closely with Managers and Partners on more complex matters
  • \n
  • Supporting the delivery of high-quality client service across a varied portfolio
  • \n

About You\n

You are likely to:

  • Have experience in US and/or UK personal tax
  • \n
  • Be studying towards or interested in pursuing qualifications such as EA, ATT, CTA or ACA
  • \n
  • Enjoy technical problem-solving and international tax matters
  • \n
  • Have strong communication and client-facing skills
  • \n
  • Be looking to build a long-term career within US/UK taxation
  • \n
\n

Experience working with internationally mobile individuals or expatriate taxation would be advantageous but is not essential.
