The Company

A creative experiential agency with twenty years in the industry, producing high-end live events and bespoke experiences for prestigious luxury brands. Projects range from experiential pop ups to retail facades as well as high end dinners and live events. The Senior Production Manager position sits at the heart of a creatively minded team that is hands-on from brief to build. People tend to stay once they are in, the culture is close-knit and supportive, and the directors back the team socially as well as professionally.

The Role

\n

As Senior Production Manager you will collaborate closely with creative and project teams from initial concept through to installation, ensuring technical build considerations are embedded from the very start. When ambitious ideas are presented to clients, you'll provide the confidence and expertise that ensures they can be delivered ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery across a varied range of experiential events, builds and installations.

- Manage full production lifecycles across pop-ups, installations and live events.

\n

- Coordinate across internal creative and technical teams.

\n

- Oversee build projects with external suppliers and contractors.

\n

- Identify and develop relationships with new and existing suppliers

\n

- Contribute to new business development and pitches.

\n

- Run multiple concurrent projects, keeping quality and deadlines on track.

\n

- Liaising with clients at a senior level to understand project requirements from the outset

\n

- Conducting site visits

\n

- Budget management of £500k - £1m+

\n

- Technical proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp or similar

\n

The Candidate

\n

You will be an experienced senior event production professional with a track record in luxury or high-end brand environments. This Senior Production Manager role suits someone confident client-side, comfortable with complex builds, and ready for broader ownership.

\n

- Event production management experience with luxury or high-end brands.

\n

- Strong client relationship and account handling skills.

\n

- Proven project management in line with creative and technical teams.

\n

- Hands-on delivery of bespoke experiential builds

\n

- Experience managing build projects from brief through to completion.

\n

- Thorough H&S understanding

\n

Exposure to pitching, creative direction or team management is beneficial but not essential.

\n
