Job Description
This position is for a PCN Appeals officer who will mainly be responsible for processing School Street Representations (contravention code 53). This candidate must have:

\n - Knowledge of parking legislation.
\n - Experience of processing representations and appeals.
\n - Experience of meeting targets both qualitative and quantitative
\n - Proven ability to manage and prioritise with minimal intervention, a demanding personal workload.
\n - Proven ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in plain writing.
\n - Proven ability to make sound and appropriate decisions that adhere to the current legislation.
\n
\n
The position is hybrid and will involve being 3 days a week and 2 days from home.
