- Reviewing and improving internal processes and controls, driving efficiencies and automation within Xero \n
- Managing accounts across three entities, including a holding company \n
- Handling WIP, CIS, and job costings \n
- Producing management accounts, profit and loss, and cashflow forecasts for the directors \n
- Maintaining ledgers, managing invoices, and overseeing bank reconciliations (with a mix of low volume, high value invoicing) \n
- Overseeing payroll, with the potential to bring it in-house \n

- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Management Accountant or Finance Manager, ideally within an SME environment \n
- Working knowledge of Xero (or similar systems) ideal not essential \n
- Confidence to suggest and implement new ideas \n
- Proven track record of improving processes, controls, and policies \n
