What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting operational and project teams with day-to-day administration

Managing schedules, diaries, appointments, and resource planning

Maintaining accurate records, databases, and company documentation

Handling customer enquiries and providing timely project updates

Producing quotations, reports, and operational paperwork

Supporting project delivery to ensure deadlines and quality standards are achieved

Assisting with compliance and quality assurance processes

Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in administration, coordination, or office support

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach

High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

A collaborative team player who can also work independently

Experience within the Construction, Asbestos, or Facilities Management sectors would be highly advantageous.
