Dual Registered Manager

TL Recruitment Solutions is proud to be partnering with a growing Children's Residential Care provider to recruit an experienced Dual Registered Manager to oversee two small occupancy EBD homes in the Walsall area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Dual Registered Manager to join an organisation with ambitious growth plans, strong senior leadership support and a genuine commitment to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.

As Dual Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership, management and regulatory compliance of two Children's Residential Homes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, child-centred care while maintaining full compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Lead and manage two Children's Residential Homes.
\n
• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding requirements and children's home legislation.
\n
• Develop, support and mentor residential care teams.
\n
• Drive positive outcomes for children and young people.
\n
• Oversee quality assurance, compliance and service development.
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, families and external professionals.
\n
• Create a safe, nurturing and child-focused environment across both homes.
\n

Essential Requirements

\n
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare.
\n
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Children's Residential Care.
\n
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and compliance requirements.
\n
• Experience supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
\n
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
\n
• Must have the right to work in the UK (Sponsorship is not available for this position.)
\n
