Financial Adviser position with opportunity to acquire a client bank in 5 years time

Wealth Management business established in May 2026 servicing an investment and pension client bank built up over 30 years requires an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to assist with the management & further development of the firm. Business based in Stoke Holy Cross near Norwich and applicants would need to be living near Norwich or within South Norfolk. Position will suit an individual in the early stages of their career looking for an opportunity to acquire a business in 5-years time, or an adviser in the latter years of their career looking for a more office-based position. Basic salary £40,000 to £60,000 depending on experience plus benefits and additional earning potential.
