This is a varied, relationship-focused position where you'll work closely with customers, suppliers and logistics partners to make sure everything runs exactly as it should.

What you'll be doing

• Build genuine relationships with customers and suppliers.

• Process orders accurately using an ERP system.
\n
• Keep customers informed throughout the order journey.
\n
• Resolve delivery queries and work with internal teams to find solutions.

• Coordinate with warehouses, logistics providers and suppliers.
\n
• Monitor stock levels and purchase orders.
\n
• Keep systems updated and ensure information is always accurate.
