We're recruiting for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join the kitchen team at a busy Hotel & Golf Club located near Aldeburgh on the stunning Suffolk Coast.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie, or experienced Commis Chef looking to join a professional kitchen with an excellent reputation for fresh, locally sourced food and a healthy work-life balance.

Working alongside a talented kitchen brigade, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality breakfasts while supporting the wider kitchen operation during daytime service.

The Role

• Prepare and cook breakfast service to a consistently high standard.
\n
• Support lunch preparation and service where required.
\n
• Work with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
\n
• Maintain high food quality, presentation, and consistency.
\n
• Ensure excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
\n
• Work efficiently as part of a busy and supportive kitchen team.
\n

About You

To be successful, you'll have:

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie, or similar chef position.
\n
• Experience working in a hotel, gastro pub, restaurant, or golf club kitchen.
\n
• A passion for fresh food and quality cooking.
\n
• The ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy service periods.
\n
• A positive attitude, excellent teamwork, and strong organisational skills.
\n
• Level 2 Food Hygiene (preferred but not essential).
\n
