• Answering inbound customer calls.

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
\n
• Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally.
\n
• Providing accurate information and updating customer records.
\n
• Delivering an excellent customer experience with every interaction.
\n

Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential. This role would suit someone looking to gain office-based experience or take their first step into a customer service career.Working HoursYou'll work four weekdays (Monday to Friday) plus either a Saturday or Sunday each week.\n

• Monday to Friday: Shifts between 8:00am and 7:00pm
\n
• Saturday or Sunday:9:00am – 5:00pm, working from home.
\n
