This is a stand-out opportunity for a candidate who brings a depth of experience in trade marks and is looking to step into a senior position within a high-performing practice.

What experience is required?

• 5+ years’ experience within a Trade Mark Paralegal position.
\n
• Strong understanding of UKIPO, EUIPO, and WIPO procedures; familiarity with design rights is a plus.
\n
• Experience handling Watch Notices, oppositions and drafting is essential.
\n
• CITMA Paralegal qualification (preferred but not essential).
