Warehouse Operative

Our client is looking for a number of warehouse operative for their growing business based in Daventry. This is an up-and-coming business, and they are looking for reliable people to come and join them on a temp to perm basis.Hours of work: 08:30-16:30 (Monday to Friday).This role would suit an organized, hands-on individual with a strong attention to detail, proactive and team-focused approach. A valid Counterbalance/Reach FLT license would be beneficial but essential.What We re Looking For? Valid, in-date FLT licence Counterbalance/ Reach (but not essential)Physical fitReliable and hard workingTeam PlayerPrevious warehouse experienceKey Responsibilities Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders to high accuracy standards.Receiving, checking, and putting away inbound stock.Assisting with stock control and inventory checks.Loading and unloading delivery vehicles (by hand or using equipment).Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.Using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.Following company health & safety policies, including correct PPE use.Supporting other warehouse tasks as required (kitting, returns processing, quality checks).Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.Good communication and teamwork skills.Numeracy and basic IT skills (comfortable with scanners and WMS).Able to lift/move stock within manual handling guidelines.Flexible, reliable, and a positive can-do attitude.CRC Recruitment are a leading Midlands based recruitment consultancy covering vacancies across the UK.
