Class 1 Driver

Class 1 driver required -starts available between 12:00 & 16:00Rapier Employment are looking for Class 1 drivers to support our well-known client based in Didcot.**This is a great opportunity for someone who has held their C+E licence for 6 months**Role: Class 1 DriverPay: £20 to £23per hour - overtimeafter 45 hours on higher rateHours: Start times available between 12:00 & 16:00Days: Site operate 24/7 so need support weekdays and weekendsJob includes:Transport goods between different locations, ensuring efficient delivery schedulesSafely operate a Class 1 vehicle for trunking operations, adhering to company policiesConduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and report any issuesMaintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery detailsCommunicate effectively with the transportation team and other drivers to coordinate trunking operationsWhat you'll need:Held C+E licence for 6 months minimumNo more than 6 points on your licenceStrong knowledge of road safety and excellent driving skillsAvailable to work weekdays and weekendsFull UK licence, valid CPC card and digital tacho card**This is a great opportunity for someone who hasheld their C+E for 6 months**Please hit apply or reach out to the Rapier Didcot branch if interested.Rapier Employment is an equal opportunities employer.
