CNC Setter Operator

Working for a world class manufacturing business based in Plymouth. We are looking for experienced CNC Setter/Operators to join the successful team on a permanent basis.You will be setting and operating CNC machinery in accordance with the companys production engineering and quality processes and procedures, ensuring that the correct tooling is fitted.Set and operate machinery in any area of the machine shopSet machine tooling and jigs in accordance with production engineering and Company quality standardsCommunicate breakdowns or machine abnormalitiesStamp product to verify conformance with the Company quality standards;Load and unload components from machineryAchieve productionComplete first-offs and appropriate checks in compliance with Company quality and production engineering standardsUse gauges to check workReport defects and scrap to line managerTrain new staffWork to HS&E standardsWorking hours - Nightshift - Working Sunday to Thursday 2200 to 0600Support with TPM when requiredTPBN1_UKTJ
