Sanctuary is the UKs largest Housing Association, providing 125,000 homes they pride themselves on providing sustainable communities that provide a good quality and a safe place where individual potentials can be reached regardless of background and circumstances.Sanctuary holds people at the heart of everything they do making this an incredibly rewarding place to work.They currently have a large scale technology transformation is happening across the organisation both internally and externally!This is a great opportunity to join the bright minds of Sanctuary as they create meaningful change within technology.Role Intro:We are searching for an experienced Programme Manager, to develop and manage effective delivery of a portfolio of projects, programmes and products, ensuring cost efficiency and enabling business transformation for the benefit of all customers, in line with Group objectives.Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, you will manage up to 5 direct reports in successfully delivering business change programmes and projects.Responsibilities listed:Lead the development and control of Technology project management processes to achieve project efficiencies and cost reductions, undertaking comprehensive project reviews to identify improvements.Oversee business critical projects throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the achievement of the objectives, in line with the Technology strategy and business plan.Work with internal and external stakeholders to agree the scope, benefits and delivery of proposed solutions across a portfolio of projects and products, to ensure they meet the current and future needs and expectations of customers.Provide high quality management information to the Senior Technology Management Team on project progress and issues to support ongoing operational planning and delivery of anticipated Technology service improvements.Coordinate the delivery and resource planning of Technology projects and programmes to deliver business change efficiently to the Group.Experience listed:Proven experience of managing and successfully delivering business change programmes and projects, with an understanding of a full project life cycleComprehensive experience of the practical use of programme and resource planning tools to effectively manage multiple projectsComprehensive experience of managing large scale Technology projectsProven experience in developing solutions in line with business strategies, whilst meeting business and user needsProven experience in working with others to deliver projects, including indirect reports and third party suppliersProven experience of successfully managing business changeExcellent understanding of written and spoken EnglishExperience of SAP product suite is desirableAt Sanctuary there is a low turnover rate of colleagues.
