Associate Director - Building SurveyingA highly regarded property and construction consultancy is looking to appoint an ambitious Associate Director - Building Surveyor to join its London City office, located close to Bank Station.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor seeking a genuine leadership position within a growing team, offering a varied workload across project and professional instructions and a clear pathway towards senior leadership.The successful candidate will act as the number two within the team, supporting the Director in managing, mentoring and developing a small but growing Building Surveying function, while also helping drive business growth and client relationships across London and the South East.
