Our client is a well-established, multi-disciplinary property consultancy delivering Building Surveying, Project Management and consultancy services across the education, public and private sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor to join their expanding team.The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out stock condition surveys across a varied portfolio of predominantly education properties throughout Essex, with a mixture of home working, office attendance and regular site visits.
