SEN Teaching Assistant - DoncasterAre you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for rewarding opportunities across Doncaster?Academics, an established Education Agency, are acting as an agency and are currently recruiting an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a temporary, flexible ongoing basis across a variety of welcoming specialist SEN provisions throughout Doncaster. This SEN Teaching Assistant role offers the opportunity to support children and young people with a range of additional needs in specialist educational settings across Doncaster. Some provisions include Post-16 learners, therefore applicants must hold both an Enhanced Child and Adult DBS, or be willing to obtain one.Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (Specialist SEN Provision)Location: Doncaster, South YorkshireContract: Temporary, flexible ongoing supplyPay: £92.56 - £100 per day (paid via PAYE, no umbrella company fees, inclusive of holiday pay, dependent on experience, training, qualifications and client rate available)Start Date: ASAP or a start date that works for youAbout the RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant in Doncaster, you will support pupils with a wide range of additional needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), speech and language difficulties, sensory needs and associated communication needs. Working as an SEN Teaching Assistant throughout Doncaster, you may provide 1:1 support, assist small groups or work alongside class teachers to deliver personalised learning programmes.
