In this role, you'll be working across multiple commercial sites within Zones 13, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance within a managed services environment.Whether your background is electrical or mechanical, you'll play a key role in maintaining critical building services systems and ensuring facilities operate safely and efficiently.If you're a multi-skilled engineer with strong building services experience, we'd love to hear from you.Key Respo nsibilitiesReactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services systemsPlanned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)Fault finding and diagnosis of electrical and mechanical equipmentMaintenance of HVAC systems, pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs and associated plant equipmentElectrical maintenance including lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting and control systemsCarrying out repairs and minor installation works as requiredWorking across multiple commercial sites within Central LondonEnsuring all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations and company proceduresRequirementsElectrically or Mechanically qualified (City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeship or equivalent)Strong building services maintenance experienceGood understanding of electrical and/or mechanical plant equipmentExperience working within commercial buildingsAbility to work independently across multiple sitesRight to work in the UKWhat's on OfferUp to £45,000 basic salaryZones 13 Travelcard33 Days Annual LeaveCareer Progression OpportunitiesBundles of Overtime AvailableStable and supportive working environmentIf you live in or around the London area, this could be the ideal role for you.Ready to take the next step in your career?Apply today and help us shape the future!TPBN1_UKTJ
