Looking for an opportunity within a well-established, high-profile logistics operation?A fantastic opportunity has come up with our M&S Fashion, Home & Beauty operation in Bradford. We are seeking a talented and passionate individual for the position of HR Advisor . Working closely with the site HR leadership team, youll provide pragmatic, commercially-minded HR advice, supporting effective people management while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policy.This is a full time, permanent position. Working hours for this role would need to be flexible, however predominantly Monday to Friday and office hours, working 37.5 hours per week.Pay, benefits and more:Youll be paid a salary of up to £ 35,000 per annum , youll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance. Theres also our continued focus on internal promotions, over 60% last year!What youll do on a typical day:Day-to-day you will provide professional, consistent HR advice and coaching to managers on policy and people mattersSupport leaders to manage employee relations casework, ensuring fair, timely and compliant outcomesPromote the correct and consistent application of company policies and procedures across siteSupport the HR Manager with the design and delivery of HR-related training for managers, including absence, performance, disciplinary and recruitment processesMaintain accurate HR metrics and reporting, providing clear analysis and insightWork effectively with key stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Payroll, L&D and Health & SafetyBuild strong working relationships with customer and internal teams to support operational requirementsWhat you need to succeed at GXO:Proven experience in a similar HR Advisory role, ideally with a minimum of CIPD level 3If youre from a warehousing or logistics background this would be a huge plus, although well consider applicants from other fast-paced environmentsUp-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceExcellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levelsA calm, professional approach with the ability to make sound decisions under pressureStrong stakeholder management skills with a practical, solution-focused mindsetWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.TPBN1_UKTJ
