Facilities Manager - HerefordAre you an experienced Facilities Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional service, leading high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence?We're looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a diverse and dynamic estate. You'll take ownership of both hard and soft services, leading operational teams, managing supplier performance, ensuring compliance, and building strong client relationships to deliver a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment.What You'll Be DoingLeading and developing facilities teams to deliver exceptional service standards across the estate.Managing the delivery of hard and soft FM services, ensuring contractual and operational requirements are consistently achieved.Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, statutory obligations, COSHH, and company policies.Monitoring service performance through KPIs and SLAs, implementing improvements where required.Managing operational budgets, labour costs, asset performance, and resource planning to achieve financial targets.Overseeing workforce planning, rota management, payroll administration, and recruitment activity.Managing subcontractors and service providers, ensuring performance, compliance, and value for money.Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the key point of contact for facilities-related matters.Supporting lifecycle planning, maintenance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience, sustainability, and service delivery.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a Facilities Manager or Senior FM leadership role.Strong understanding of integrated facilities management, including hard and soft services.Experience managing supplier and contractor performance within a service-led environment.Good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, compliance requirements, and risk management.Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.Strong financial acumen, including budget and cost control responsibilities.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer relationship skills.IT literate with strong reporting, administration, and analytical capabilities.IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM or equivalent facilities management qualification desirable.Full UK driving licence.Flexible approach to work and travel as required.Why Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading FM operation where you'll have the autonomy to make a genuine impact.
