You'll combine creativity with commercial thinking, using marketing, digital technology and AI to raise our profile, strengthen client relationships and support business growth.If you enjoy variety, love learning new technology and want the freedom to bring fresh ideas to life, we'd love to hear from you.About the Role Working closely with the Directors, you'll take ownership of our marketing activity whilst supporting business development across the company.From creating engaging content and managing LinkedIn campaigns to researching target organisations, improving our websites and embracing the latest AI tools, no two days will be the same.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working autonomously, takes pride in delivering high-quality work and wants to help shape the future of a growing business.What You'll Be Doing You'll be responsible for:Planning and delivering marketing campaigns that support business growthCreating engaging content for websites, LinkedIn, email marketing and promotional materialsManaging and developing our digital presence, including SEO and AI search optimisationProducing brochures, presentations, candidate packs and marketing collateralManaging LinkedIn activity for both the business and DirectorsCreating thought leadership content, blogs and market insightsSupporting webinars, networking events and client communicationsIdentifying opportunities to improve efficiency through AI and marketing technologyMeasuring campaign performance and recommending improvementsAbout You You'll be commercially minded, proactive and naturally curious.You enjoy taking ownership, spotting opportunities for improvement and bringing new ideas to the table. You're equally comfortable working independently and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.You'll have:Experience in a marketing roleExcellent written communication and content creation skillsStrong digital marketing knowledge, including SEOExperience managing LinkedIn and social media campaignsConfidence using Canva or similar design softwareExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAn interest in AI and emerging marketing technologyIt would be great if you also have experience in recruitment, executive search or professional services, along with knowledge of CRM systems, website content management, email marketing platforms or video editing.Why Join Pratap Partnership?
