Working closely with the Head of Finance, you'll become a key part of the senior finance team, helping to lead the department while playing an important role in the company's next phase of growth.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working within an ambitious SME where decisions are made quickly, your ideas are listened to and your contribution genuinely makes a difference.The Role As Finance Manager, you'll:Lead, coach and support the finance teamReview monthly management accounts and reportingOversee the month-end process and ensure reporting deadlines are achievedStrengthen financial controls and improve finance processesSupport the Head of Finance with business improvement projectsProvide technical guidance and support across the wider finance functionAbout You You'll ideally have:ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or be in the final stages of your qualificationPrevious Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Senior Management Accountant experienceStrong management accounts and financial reporting experienceExperience leading, mentoring or developing a finance teamComfortable working within a growing SME environmentA proactive, commercial and hands-on approach with a passion for continuous improvementWhy Apply?
