Pear Recruitment: Lettings NegotiatorLocation: TottenhamSalary: £20,000 - £23,000, OTE £40,000 - £50,000Hours - Monday Friday 9am 6pm, Saturday 9am 4pm (Day off in the week)Full licence and own car requiredOur client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team based in Tottenham.Are you a confident individual with an engaging personality and a genuine passion for helping others? This is a fantastic chance to become part of a hard-working team, well-established and loved within the community.THE SPECIFICATIONAchieve KPI set by Department managerContinuous calls to Landlords and build long-term relationships with landlordsWeekly reports of Applicant address in Haringey, contact them and their landlords for new business.Leaflet drop to Hale Village on quarterly basis.Monitor the market daily via Rightmove & Zoopla and call LLs on any reductions.Carry Customer feeback/survey immediately after valuationGive Landlord feedback via Keyflo/Property fileMake lettings properties live via Property Box or professional photographersBoard checks on fortnightly basisUpdating office available stock on window cardsUsing The PIQ Form to check properties are ready before renting smoke alarms windows, full master keys set on file etcSetting up new Property File on Trello & collecting compliance for terms of businessClear out and manage applicant databases and maintain detailed records.THE PERSONPrevious 1-2 years experience in residential lettingsAdhering to our values in delivering premium quality customer service standardsProactive, tenacious, reliable and determinedBeing commercially minded to generate new landlord instructions, chase valuations, and new business opportunities.Understanding Tenancy progression i.e. Right to Rent checks, anti-money laundering compliance, tenancy progression, inventory coordination, deposit protection etc.Clear communicator & negotiation skills with Landlords and Applications with a professional and confident telephone manner.Good diary management prioritising Sales & RiskFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleTHE BENEFITSCompetitive basic salaryUncapped commission structureCareer progression opportunities in business with family values and high growth opportunityOngoing training and development to get ARLA accreditationCompany pension schemeAnnual leave entitlementYearly bonus on target achievedGift on special occasionsSeason ticket permit for the carIf you are interested in this Lettings Negotiator position and would like to know more, please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis.*Recommend a friend* - Do you know someone looking for a position?
