Remote with travel - South West England - Banbury, Weston Super Mare, Bristol, Cheltenham, Exmouth, Penzance.Leading Change, Strengthening Services As a Regional Director for England, youll take the lead across a portfolio of services, ensuring they are safe, high-quality, financially sustainable, and truly person-centred.Your Working Hours Full Time Monday to Friday, home-based with regular travel, overnight stays, and flexibility to meet operational needs.You Will Be Responsible For: Building strong relationships with commissioners, partners, and sector leaderswhile empowering our Service Managers and Support Managers to deliver excellence every day and ensure quality, compliance, financial performance, and continuous improvement.Due to the spread of our services, regular travel is a key part of the role.
