Remote with travel - South West England - Banbury, Weston Super Mare, Bristol, Cheltenham, Exmouth, Penzance.Leading Change, Strengthening Services As a Regional Director for England, youll take the lead across a portfolio of services, ensuring they are safe, high-quality, financially sustainable, and truly person-centred.Your Working Hours Full Time Monday to Friday, home-based with regular travel, overnight stays, and flexibility to meet operational needs.You Will Be Responsible For: Building strong relationships with commissioners, partners, and sector leaderswhile empowering our Service Managers and Support Managers to deliver excellence every day and ensure quality, compliance, financial performance, and continuous improvement.Due to the spread of our services, regular travel is a key part of the role. Applicants should be based within the region and comfortable with frequent travel between locations.You will: Lead the implementation of Leonard Cheshires strategic plans across your regionDrive high-quality, person-centred social care deliveryProvide inspirational leadership, coaching, and mentoring to managersMonitor performance and ensure targets and KPIs are consistently achievedEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and national frameworksAddress performance issues, risks, and serious incidents swiftly and effectivelyManage budgets, business plans, and regional P&L performanceOversee the modernisation and integration of new systems and operational modelsStrengthen external partnerships and negotiate effectively with commissionersPromote Leonard Cheshires reputation and influence within your regionEnsure services deliver on all commercial and quality objectivesYour Expertise and Experience This is a high-impact role where your leadership will shape the future of services across England, supporting disabled people to live life on their own terms.
